[Avril Clone]

This was good, Avril 14th is one of my favorite songs of all time and the instrument you use for melody is very intriguing. It gives a whole new feeling.

My only criticism is that the reverb gets a bit much at some points and the shore sound is a tad overpowering at the start.

I always find myself lost when I listen to your songs, they are just so..... dream like.

The vocals fit in well with the rest of the music but I would've liked them more if they faded in a bit more with the rest of the track, to me it feels as if its diverting attention away from the full composition.

Then again, what do I know xD

You know more than you may think. Another pair of ears is definitely helpful.The faded vocals were intended (maybe it just doesn't work well). I wanted that foggy sound quality for the vox. I also wanted to the more repetitious vocal segment to not be completely centered on the vocals and rather guide you in and out of vocals/backing music. I might have to go back and try some different techniques.

Good

I liked the first and i like this one too, the reverb gives a good ambience and kind of paints and image of someones mind and how they cant focus on anything else. its really well composed but i think close to the end it would have been better to have given the guitar a good raw sound so it sounds similar to a metal guitar, it would kind of give it a better adrenaline punchy kind of feel to it.

only opinions though :P great song 5/5 9/10 downloaded.

Thanks for the useful input. Believe it or not i made about 6 edits of this and made one that slowly transitioned into heavier and heavier distortion, but felt i could post all the edits as it would be overkill.

haha, the great evil dog makes another song to rock newgrounds.

the start nearly sounds like something from punk o matic 2 and continues on in a great punk form. i agree with downfall, if you had vocals you woulndt notice and be able to appreciate the guitars as much.

ive always liked the lyrics in your songs and i love the feel to this song, have to agree with riotflash though it was a bit too faint at times but other than that it was a truly awesome song.
